The Firecrest kites are designed for home construction. They have been developed over
the course of several years so that now, I have developed a respectable collection of
kites that are reasonably easy to make and perform quite well. They are proving particularly
effective as kitesurfing kites when made in their water-launchable form.
You are free to download the plans from this site and use them for your own personal kites.
I only ask that you send me pictures of your finished creations so that I can include them on this site.
