Power kiting can be dangerous, especially if done in inappropriate
conditions, particularly if you are not very experienced. If you choose
to build one of my kites, you must accept that you take full
responsibility for your own safety and the safety of those in the
immediate vicinity who may be affected by your activities. Furthermore,
you must accept that I have no control over the quality of materials or
manufacture that go into your kite and so I cannot be held responsible
for any consequences arising out of your use of it.
Suggestions as to the type of materials or construction techniques to be
used are for guidance only. Any errors in the plans or instructions
should be notified to me and the documentation will be updated
accordingly. I have done my best to give you my opinions and you may
choose to take account of them if you wish, but ultimately, you must
make the final decision on all aspects of construction and use of your
kite.
